១.១ ហាមកាប់សម្លាប់ជីវិតមនុស្ស និង សត្វ
បាណាតិាតា វេរមណី ហាមកាប់សម្លាប់គា្ន។សត្វលោកគ្រប់គ្នា តែងតែប្រាថ្នាចង់រស់ ប្រកបដោយភាពសុខសាន្ត មិនចង់ជួបប្រទះនឹងសេចក្ដីទុក្ខលំបាក ការបៀតបៀន ការសម្លុតគម្រាមកំហែង ឬនិរាសព្រាត់ប្រាសឃ្លាតចាកនូវរបស់ជាទីស្រលាញ់ពេញចិត្តខ្លួនឡើយ (៨)លើកលែងតែមនុស្សវិកលចរិតបាត់បង់នូវសតិបញ្ញាស្មារតីប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ គ្មាននរណាម្នាក់អាចស្លាប់ហើយរស់ឡើងវិញទេ ហើយក៏គ្មានឱសថណាអាចព្យាបាលមនុស្សដែលស្លាប់អោយរស់ឡើងវិញបានដែរ ដូចច្នេះហើយជីវិតសម្រាប់មនុស្ស សត្វគឺសំខាន់ជាងអ្វីៗទាំងអស់។ ដូច្នេះហើយទើបព្រះសម្មាសម្ពុទ្ធ បានបញ្ញត្តិនូវការហាមមិនអោយបៀតបៀនជីវិតសត្វនេះនៅលំដាប់ទី១។
១.២ ហាមលួចឆក់ប្លន់ កេងប្រវ័ញ្ចទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិអ្នកដទៃ
អទិន្នាទានា វេរមណី ហាមកាន់យកនូវទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ មាស ប្រាក់ ដែលគេមិនបានឲ្យដោយកាយ ដោយវាចា ឬដោយការសរសេរជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរ ល្មមអាចយកជាផ្លូវការបាន ដោយគ្មានការបង្ខិតបង្ខំ ការសម្លុតគម្រាមកំហែង ឬ ប្រើនូវល្បិចកិច្ចកលផ្សេងៗ ។ ទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិគឺជាវត្ថុសំខាន់ចាំបាច់ទី២របស់មនុស្ស បន្ទាប់ពីអាយុជីវិត ។ កាលណាមានអាយុជីវិតរស់នៅហើយ មនុស្សលោកគ្រប់គ្នា តែងប្រាថ្នាការចង់បានទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ ពីព្រោះជីវិតរបស់ពួកគេត្រូវពឹងផ្អែកទៅលើទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ មាសប្រាក់ ទៅលើការមានអាហារហូបចុកគ្រប់គ្រាន់ មានសម្លៀកបំពាក់ មានផ្ទះសំបែងជ្រកកោនត្រឹមត្រូវ និងមានថ្នាំសម្រាប់ព្យាបាលរោគជាដើម ។
ការខំប្រឹងប្រែងស្វែងរកទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិចិញ្ចឹមជីវិត ដើម្បីជីវភាពរស់នៅឲ្យសម្បូរណ៍ធូរ
ធារ ជាការលំបាកពន់ពេកណាស់។ កាលណាខំស្វែងរកទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិបានមកហើយ មនុស្សតែងមានការហួងហែង ថែរក្សាការពារមិនចង់ឲ្យទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ ដែលខ្លួនខំស្វែងរកបានមកដោយសេចក្ដីលំបាកនោះ វិនាសអន្តរាយទៅដោយប្រការណាមួយឡើយ។ ដោយឡែកនៅក្នុងច្បាប់រដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ត្រង់ជំពូកទី ៣ មាត្រា ៤៤ ក៏បានចែងដែរថា “ជនណាក៏ដោយ ទោះជាបុគ្គលក្ដី ជាសមូហភាពក្ដី មានសិទ្ធិជាម្ចាស់កម្មសិទ្ធិ” (៩)។
១.៣ ហាមប្រព្រឹត្តខុសក្នុងផ្លូវកាមទាំងពួង
កាមេសុ មិច្ឆាចារា វេរមណី ហាមប្រព្រឹត្តខុសក្នុងផ្លូវកាមទាំងឡាយ មនុស្សលោក កាលណាមានជីវិតរស់នៅ និងមានទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិហើយ ជាធម្មតាតែងតែមានក្រុមគ្រួសារ ស្វាមី ភរិយា បុត្រា បុត្រីជាដើម ហើយតែងប្រាថ្នាចង់រួមរស់នៅជួបជុំគ្នាជាសុខសាន្ត ប្រកបដោយសុភមង្គល មិនចង់បាននូវការបែកបាក់ ឈ្លោះទាស់ទែងខ្វែងគំនិតគ្នា ការផិតក្បត់ និងការរំលោភបំពានសោះឡើយ(១០)។ យើងស្រលាញ់ហួងហែងកូន ប្រពន្ធ និងមនុស្សដែលខ្លួនស្រលាញ់យ៉ាងណា គេក៏ស្រលាញ់ហួងហែងកូន ប្រពន្ធ និងមនុស្សដែលខ្លួនគេស្រលាញ់យ៉ាងនោះដែរ ។ ដូច្នេះក្នុងការយកគ្នាជាគូស្វាមី ភរិយា ត្រូវប្រព្រឹត្តទៅច្បាប់ តាមប្រពៃណីរបស់ប្រទេស ។
១.៤ ហាមនិយាយកុហក
មុសាវាទា វេរមណី ហាមនិយាយកុហក។ សង្គមមនុស្ស មិនអាចខ្វះភាសានិយាយបានទេ ទោះបីជាមនុស្សគថ្លង់ ក៏គង់មានភាសាកាយវិការជាគ្រឿងសំគាល់ដែរ ។ ដោយហោចទៅ សូម្បីតែសត្វតិរច្ឆាន ក៏មានភាសាវាដែរ ។ ភាសា ឬសម្ដីនិយាយគឺជាមធ្យោបាយមួយដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងបុគ្គលនិងបុគ្គល សហគមន៍និងសហគមន៍ ប្រទេសនិងប្រទេសជាដើម ។ បើសិនជាគ្មានភាសាទេ សង្គមមនុស្ស នឹងជួបនូវវិបត្តិមួយយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ ឬ អាចនិយាយបានថា សង្គមមនុស្សប្រៀបបានទៅនឹងរុក្ខជាតិ ដែលគ្មានចិត្តវិញ្ញាណដូច្នោះ ។ ប៉ុន្តែ ប្រសិនបើមានភាសាហើយ មនុស្សមិនបានយកវាទៅប្រើប្រាស់នៅក្នុងផ្លូវល្អទេនោះពិតជានឹងនាំមកនូវគ្រោះថ្នាក់យ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរទៅវិញ មានការបាត់បង់ទំនុកចិត្តគ្នា បែកបាក់សាមគ្គីគ្នា ការចាញ់បោកគ្នា អំពើអយុត្តិធម៌ជាដើម។ ហេតុនេះ ទើបព្រះពុទ្ធបរមគ្រូ បានរៀបចំនូវច្បាប់សម្រាប់គ្រប់គ្រងភាសា ឬការនិយាយនេះឲ្យប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយប្រពៃមានសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់ និងស្ថិតនៅក្នុងក្រមសីលធម៌ខ្ពស់ (១១)។
១.៥ ហាមប្រើបាសគ្រឿងញៀន និង គ្រឿងស្រវឹង
សុរាមេរយមជ្ជប្បមាទដ្ឋានា វេវមណី ហាមផឹកទឹកស្រវឹង ជក់គ្រឿងញៀន។ មនុស្សលោក គឺជាប្រភេទសត្វលោកដ៏វិសេស និង ប្រសើរខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ជាងសត្វតិរច្ឆាន។ គ្រឿងញៀន និងគ្រឿងស្រវឹង អាចធ្វើឲ្យមនុស្សលោក បាត់បង់នូវសតិសម្បជញ្ញៈ ហ៊ានប្រព្រឹត្តនូវអំពើគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាង មានអំពើអមនុស្សធម៌ដូចជាសត្វតិរច្ឆានជាដើមផងដែរ ។ ហេតុនេះ គប្បីចេះថែរក្សានូវឋានៈ និងភាពជាមនុស្សជាតិឲ្យស្ថិតនៅគង់វង់ល្អ ការពារកុំឲ្យឋានៈនេះ ធ្លាក់ទៅនៅទាបស្មើនិងសត្វតិរច្ឆាន ។
